Mission Innovation - “Helping pioneer and champion new and existing works in Eastern Europe."

As the summer starts to change to autumn, Constanta begins to quiet down and the tourists leave. The same is for ministry here. It’s been a busy and great summer of outreach into Constanta and other parts of Europe. We have had the privilege to be part of planning and running the first Summer Nightlife Outreach outside of Constanta. We went to Barcelona in July to run the training for a two week outreach into the party scenes of Hvar, Croatia, Albufeira, Portugal and Thessaloniki, Greece. We ran three days of training before sending the teams out and then helped run two days of debrief afterward. The outreach was very successful and we saw three people give their lives to Christ and many more had encounters with God.  We had the blessing of staying in Barcelona while the team did outreach and enjoyed a family holiday. 

In Constanta Sarah helped with translation with teams who came to do children’s programs at Henri Coanda (the low income housing neighborhood). We had a number of teams come for Summer Nightlife Outreach in Constanta and Sarah went out once with them. She shared the Good News about 40 times to many groups of Romanians. It definitely got people thinking and discussing what it meant.

TEACHING

Sarah had the pleasure of teaching on the Discipleship Training School in Constanta on the topic of Bible Overview. It was a blessing to share her passion for the Word to this wonderful school. The students said that they received some great practical tools, which will help them to understand the Bible better as they study it on their own.

PRAYER AND PARTNERSHIP

We continue to work into Eastern Europe with a ministry of YWAM called Mission Innovation. We have decided to stay in Constanta for at least the next 2 years to build more structure of Mission Innovation. So feel free to visit us in Romania and thank you for partnering with us as we continue this journey together.
